1. Definitions

The minimum bet/ wager for a particular type of game is as shown on our website and may be varied from time to time in accordance with clause 11 below. Player shall not place any bets/wager with an amount that is less than the said minimum amounts except where it has been determined otherwise by WEER.

5. Terms

All wagers accepted by us are subject to the Gaming Rules and Conditions of Games.
The odds displayed at all times may vary from game to game.
Bets/wager shall not be deemed accepted unless cleared through our website system
Where there is a dispute about any wager, WEER decision will prevail.

6. Bonus Terms

Casino Joy may offer bonus rewards and promotions to certain players. Casino Joy retains the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or remove these offers from Player's account without cause.

7. Game Rules

All games played on our website are governed by their respective game rules which can be accessed through our support page.
Player shall ensure that he/she fully understands and complies with the said terms prior to playing a specific game.

8. Wagering Requirements for Withdrawal of Winnings

If there is no wagering requirement, player may withdraw winnings at any time without penalty except as outlined below in clause 9 below

9. Withdrawals & Cancellation of Accounts

Casino Joy has absolute discretion not allow any withdrawal from a Player's account prior to the end of an event or completion of conditions specified in Clause 6 above.

Withdrawal of Winnings Without Wagering Requirements

If winnings have been credited into player’s account without any wagering requirements then the following conditions shall apply:-

The minimum payout amount is £20.
Payouts will be made on a Wednesday and at least once in a week after completion of wagering free period.
Failure to meet the terms listed above may lead to cancellation or suspension of accounts.

Variation of Terms

Casino Joy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Terms & Conditions (including changing odds, bonus offers and betting limits) at any time without prior notice. The Player shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments on their part if they continue to use our website following a notification that such amendments have been made.

Changes of Game Rules

Casino Joy reserves the right to vary or cancel any game rules which are posted on this site, in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Casino Joy shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, illness or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from access to our website or use of it by Player. Casino Joy makes no representation or warranty (expressed or implied) as regards the availability of the site and/or services.

14. Termination & Cancellation

At all times WEER has absolute right at its discretion cancel any account, suspend service for a player without prior notice and without cause whatsoever.

Subject to clause 15 below Casino Joy will not be liable in any case arising from cancellation or termination except as noted herein

Casino Joy will notify the client before termination of their contract with them via email.
